Funciones presidenciales de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios. El Presidente de la República ejercerá el control, la inspección y la vigilancia de las entidades que presten los servicios públicos domiciliarios y los demás servicios públicos a los que se aplican las Leyes 142 y 143 de 1994,689 de 2001 y demás leyes que las adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan, por medio de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios y, en especial, del Superintendente y sus Superintendentes Delegados.
