Recursos para la Cultura en las Participaciones Municipales. El porcentaje de los recursos que de conformidad con el artículo 25 de la Ley 397 de 1997 está destinado a cultura, será el 40% de las participaciones municipales asignadas a la educación física, recreación, deporte, cultura y aprovechamiento del tiempo libre.
