Art. 2.° En la diligencia de reconocimiento del buque se harán constar precisamente los dos hechos indicados, y el Inspector que omitiere darles cumplimiento incurrirá en una multa de cien pesos por cada omision, la cual hará efectiva el Administrador de Hacienda nacional del lugar de la residencia del inspector.
