ARTICULO 1.8.2.2.1 . CLASES. El Superintendente Bancario, previo concepto del Consejo Asesor y con la aprobación del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, podrá tomar inmediata posesión de los bienes, haberes y negocios de una institución vigilada para su administración o para su liquidación. Cuando se trate de la toma de posesión para administrar una institución vigilada, con el objeto de colocarla en condiciones de desarrollar su objeto social de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales, así deberá consignarlo expresamente el Superintendente Bancario en la respectiva resolución. SECCIÓN PRIMERA. TOMA DE POSESIÓN PARA LIQUIDAR
