Artículo único. Apruébase en todas sus partes la Convencion consular celebrada el 20 de Julio de 1881, entre el señor Eduardo Salazar, Representante del Gobierno nacional, y el señor Christoffel Godfried Frederik Hoyer, en su carácter de Cónsul general de los Paises Bajos ; la cual Convencion fué aprobada por el Poder Ejecutivo de la Union el 8 de Noviembre del año citado.
