De conformidad con las normas sobre la materia, los elementos que se importen en desarrollo de lo previsto en la presente sección, estarán exentos de depósito previo, licencia de importación, gravámenes arancelarios y demás impuestos o contribuciones que se perciban con motivo de la importación, así como del impuesto sobre las ventas, en concordancia con lo contemplado en los artículos 172 y 230 del Decreto-ley 444 de l967, en el artículo 9º de la Ley 50 de 1984, en el artículo 61, literal b) del Decreto 3541 de 1983, y en las normas que adicionen o modifiquen las disposiciones anteriores.
