Practicada una visita, la Superintendencia de Sociedades elaborará acta, con base en los informes de los visitadores, que se dará en traslado a la sociedad visitada, hasta por treinta días, para que formule sus aclaraciones o descargos. Vencido el término del traslado, se dictará una resolución motivada, para impartir las instrucciones u órdenes del caso a la sociedad o a los administradores, revisores o liquidadores.
