La oficina de Escalafón no podrá recibir para su tramitación solicitud de inscripción o ascenso que no estuviere debidamente diligenciada y acompañada de los documentos que previamente se señalen como indispensables por resolución del Ministerio de Educación. Presentada una solicitud en tales condiciones, se rechazará y devolverá de inmediato al interesado para su corrección.
