Valor de los contratos. El valor del contrato corresponderá a los componentes de la canasta educativa establecida por la entidad territorial certificada en educación proporcionados por el contratista y no podrá ser superior al valor de la tipología por población atendida asignada por la Nación, en caso de que se supere dicho valor la entidad territorial certificada en educación tendrá que cubrir el valor adicional con recursos distintos a los asignados del Sistema General de Participaciones.
