La preservación, transporte, almacenamiento y disposición final de componentes anatómicos destinados a trasplantes u otros usos terapéuticos, se regirán por el Decreto número 03 de 1982 y las disposiciones legales que lo sustituyan, adicionen o modifiquen, así como por las normas que dicte el Ministerio de Salud en desarrollo de aquel o con fundamento en la ley.
