° Envío de información sobre investigaciones a exportadores. La Superintendencia de Control de Cambios y el Banco de la República deberán remitir a la Subdirección de Fiscalización de la Unidad Administrativa Especial, Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales, a más tardar el último día de cada mes, las listas que contengan las investigaciones que dichas entidades hayan abierto contra exportadores por incurrir o participar en operaciones de exportaciones ficticias o inexistentes. Además informará al Comité para detectar irregularidades en materia de importaciones y exportaciones a que se refiere el artículo 105 del Decreto 2112 de 1992.
