Cuando la cosa recuperada o reivindicada sea raíz, tendrá el Gobierno opción para ordenar la licitación del inmueble, de acuerdo con las prescripciones del artículo 13 del Código Fiscal, o incluir en la Ley de Apropiaciones la partida respectiva para pagar al contratista en dinero la participación que le corresponda.
