Quien actúe como abogado deberá exhibir su Tarjeta Profesional al iniciar la gestión, de lo cual se dejará testimonio escrito en el respectivo expediente. Además, el abogado que obre como tal, deberá indicar en todo memorial el número de su tarjeta. Sin el cumplimiento de estas formalidades no se dará curso a la solicitud.
