º JURISDICCION Y COMPETENCIA. Los jueces de que trata el artículo anterior serán competentes para investigar y fallar las conductas punibles de que trata el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, y tendrán jurisdicción en el territorio de su respectivo distrito, sin perjuicio de que sean comisionados por el Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal, en casos de excepción y por necesidades del orden público, para instruir procesos en municipios de distrito judicial diferentes al de su sede.
