Características Del Área Adicional

Características del área adicional. El área adicional deberá tener las siguientes características

Ser apta para contar con infraestructura básica.

Que en ella no se estén desarrollando actividades industriales y se trate de inversiones nuevas; y

Que constituya un terreno adyacente, de tal manera que forme un solo globo de terreno con el área inicialmente declarada como Zona Franca.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en los numerales 2º y 3º de este artículo no será aplicable para el caso de las ampliaciones de que trata el numeral 3º del artículo precedente.
