º Formado el censo de que trata el artículo 4º, la Junta creada por el artículo 2º de la Ley 39 de 1941, previo estudio y análisis de los datos e informaciones que haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio, y en caso afirmativo, fijará su cuantía por medio de resolución motivada.
