ARTICULO 321. Imputaciones de litigantes. Las injurias expresadas por los litigantes, apoderados o defensores en los escritos, discursos o informes producidos ante los tribunales y no dados por sus autores a la publicidad, quedarán sujetas únicamente a las correcciones disciplinarias correspondientes.
