ARTICULO 3.1.1.0.3 .- PERSONAS NO AUTORIZADAS. Queda prohibido celebrar en el territorio nacional operaciones de seguros con entidades extranjeras no autorizadas para desarrollar la actividad aseguradora en Colombia o hacerlo con agentes o representantes que trabajen para las mismas. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que contravengan lo dispuesto en el presente artículo quedarán sujetas a las sanciones previstas en los artículos 1.7.1.2.1. y 1.7.2 .1.1. del presente estatuto.
