Crear un desdoblamiento en la subpartida 3002.20.90.00, el cual quedará con el código, descripción y gravamen que se indica a continuación: Código Designación de la mercancía Grv. (%) 3002.20.90 -- las demás 3002.20.90.10 --- contra el COVID 0% 3002.20.90.90 ---Las demás 0%

Parágrafo

Las subpartidas 3002.20.90.10 Y 3002.20.90.90 mantendrán el arancel del cero por ciento (0%) previsto en el Decreto 272 del 13 de febrero de 2018 para la subpartida 3002.20.90.00, sujeto a las revisiones establecidas en su artículo 2° y sus modificaciones.
