Reservas. La Empresa constituirá una reserva legal que ascenderá por lo menos al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del capital, formada con el diez por ciento (10%) de las utilidades líquidas de cada ejercicio. Cuando esta reserva llegue at cincuenta por ciento (50%) mencionado, la Empresa no tendrá obligación de continuar llevando a esta cuenta el diez por ciento (10%) señalado. Pero si disminuye, volverá a apropiarse el mismo diez por ciento (10%) de tales uti1ídades hasta cuando la reserva llegue nuevamente al límite fijado.
