Artículo octavo. Subrogación de las obligaciones. Perfeccionado el contrato, y. satisfechas las obligaciones que de él se deriven para la Compañía Frutera de Sevilla, ésta quedará exonerada de las responsabilidades correspondientes a las mencionadas pensiones de jubilación. A su vez la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, quedará subrogada en tales obligaciones frente a los • trabajadores beneficiarios, en los términos de la Ley 65 de 1968 y del presente Decreto.
