Los Síndicos de Lazaretos reconocerán a favor del Tesoro el valor íntegro de las liquidaciones que efectúen por el impuesto sobre mortuorias y donaciones intervivos, ya sea las que hagan directamente o por medio de sus agentes. También harán el mismo reconocimiento cuando se trate de valores traspasados gratuitamente con destino a los Leprosorios.
