Declárase también vía nacional el camino público que comunica las minas y expendio de aguas saladas de la Salina de Zipaquirá con la estación del Ferrocarril, y con las carboneras de San Jorge, pero única y exclusivamente para los efectos de su arreglo y composición, conservando el Departamento y el Municipio todos los derechos y atribuciones que les concede la Constitución, la Ley, las Ordenanzas y los Acuerdos.
