Art. 300. La Aduana de Cúcuta procederá en el reconocimiento i liquidacion, aseguramiento i de lo, derechos de importacion de mercaderías que se importen por las Aduanas del Atlántico, de la misma manera prescrita para las que vengan por la via de Maracaibo.
