El Gobierno hará ensanchar el edificio construido en esta ciudad para laboratorio y oficinas de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene, con el objeto de establecer allí las Secciones de Epidemiologia e Ingeniería Sanitaria y oficinas para asistencia pública. Con este fin, el Gobierno adquiriera en compra la edificación o predios que fueren necesarios. Las obras se ejecutaran de acuerdo con los planos o instrucciones del Director Nacional de Higiene y Asistencia Pública.

Parágrafo

También adquirirá en compra el Gobierno un predio en esta capital y construirá en el un dispensario modelo antituberculoso.
