º La autoridad nominadora procederá, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar al personal que debe ocupar los cargos que se establecen en el presente Decreto. Los empleados públicos que estando al servicio del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías fueren incorporados a la Planta de Personal que por esta norma se fija, se sujetarán a las disposiciones del artículo 81 del Decreto número 1042 de 1978.
