°. La franquicia tendrá vigencia desde el 30 de noviembre de 1997 hasta el 30 de mayo de 1998, inclusive. Si se celebrare nueva votación conforme lo establece el artículo 190 de la Constitución Política, la franquicia se extenderá hasta el día anterior a la respectiva elección.
