Servicios médico-asistenciales para los beneficiarios del fallecido . Los beneficiarios del personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que fallezca en actividad, tendrán derecho a que el Gobierno a través del Sistema General de Salud de las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional, le suministre dentro del país, los servicios establecidos en el Plan Integral de Salud de que trata el Decreto 1301 de 1994 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
