Art. 1.° Abrense al Presupuesto nacional de gastos para la vijencia de 1878 a 1879 los siguientes créditos suplementales: Departamento de Guerra. Capítulo 4.°, artículo 3.° Para trasportes, bagajes, equipajes i empaques, veinte mil pesos $20,000 Artículo 5. ° Para ausilios de marcha i comisiones, seis míl pesos 6,000 Artículo 6. ° De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo. 1,334 del citado Código, dése cuenta al Congreso en sus próximas sesiones con el presento decreto, para la regularizacion lejislativa.
