° Incorpórase en la red de carreteras nacionales de que trata la Ley 88 de 1931 , la carretera Túquerres - Guaitarilla - Ancuya - Linares - Sotomayor. En consecuencia, el Gobierno Nacional le destinará los fondos necesarios para su continuación, estudios y construcción, bajo la dirección y dependencia de la Zona de Nariño. Si en los presupuestos ordinarios no se incluyere partida, el Gobierno hará la apropiación respectiva.
