Apruébase el Acuerdo número 1 de 1980, expedido por la Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, cuyo texto es el siguiente: «ACUERDO NUMERO 1 DE 1980 (octubre 22) "por el cual se aprueba una adición a los estatutos de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, "La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, en ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere el artículo 26 del Decreto 1050 de 1968, "ACUERDA "Artículo 1°. Adicionar el artículo 10 del Acuerdo número1 de 1968, así: " Artículo 10. Son funciones y obligaciones de la Junta Directiva las siguientes: " s) Autorizar, con el voto afirmativo del Ministerio de Minas y Energía aumentos en el capital de la Empresa, "Artículo 2°.
