Si hubiere deficiencia en el memorial o en las pruebas, se devolverán al demandante para que las subsane y con este fin se le indicarán clara y detalladamente los defectos. La Corte puede hacer que ante ella se ratifiquen los testigos residentes en la capital; comisionar en cualquier caso; disponer que las certificaciones se aclaren o amplíen; y en fin dictar cuantos autos para mejor proveer estime convenientes.
