º . Adiciónase al artículo 20 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 el siguiente

Parágrafo 4

Además de lo señalado en los literales a) y b) del presente artículo requerirá modificación del Registro Sanitario de los medicamentos homeopáticos simples o complejos, los cambios en el acondicionador y tiempo de vida útil. Se podrán aceptar también modificaciones en la condición de venta, información para prescribir e insertos, siempre y cuando, se emita concepto favorable por parte de la Comisión Revisora".
