"Las solicitudes para la calificación del estado de invalidez y/o su origen, del origen de la enfermedad o de la muerte que a 8 de enero de 1995 se encuentren en trámite, se regirán por el procedimiento con el cual fueron formuladas". "Las solicitudes efectuadas a partir del 9 de enero de 1995 se tramitarán de conformidad con este Decreto".
