El Contralor General de la República podrá hacer en el curso de la presente vigencia fiscal traslaciones dentro de las partidas globales y parciales apropiadas para el Departamento de Contraloría en la Ley 35 de 1958 , sin sujeción a las normas especiales que regulan la materia, y sin más requisito que las resoluciones que dictare para cada caso y sobre tales traslaciones.
