º. Incentivos tarifarios. La Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico definirá una estructura tarifaria que incentive el uso eficiente y de ahorro del agua, y desestimule su uso irracional. La Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios, vigilará el cumplimiento de lo establecido por la Comisión.

Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y demás autoridades ambientales definirán los mecanismos que incentiven el uso eficiente y ahorro del agua, y desestimulen su uso ineficiente.
