Descanso remunerado en caso de aborto. El personal femenino del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, que en el curso del embarazo sufra un aborto o un parto prematuro no viable, según concepto del médico tratante, tiene derecho a una licencia de dos (2) a cuatro (4) semanas, con la totalidad de las remuneraciones correspondientes a su grado, devengados en el momento de suceder el hecho.
