del siguiente tenor: “

Parágrafo

Verificado el cumplimiento del procedimiento que aquí se establece, la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria deberá autorizar la venta y, en todo caso, transcurridos quince (15) días hábiles sin que se produjere pronunciamiento por parte de la autoridad competente de la mencionada Dirección, se entenderá que el permiso ha sido concedido en los términos de la solicitud”.
