El auxilio que se decreta a favor del Municipio de Purificación por el artículo anterior, será incluido por el Gobierno Nacional y el Congreso en los Presupuestos de las vigencias de 1961, 1962, 1963 y 1964, en cuotas de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00) hasta completar las sumas indicadas en la misma disposición.

Parágrafo

La cuantía que deba corresponder a las obras de que se trata, en la cuota anual de quinientos mil pesos, la determinará el Municipio.
