Los traslados presupuestales correspondientes a auxilios, aportes y participaciones se tramitarán con estricta sujeción a los artículos 110 y 113 del Decreto extraordinario 294 de 1973. La ejecución de estas apropiaciones queda condicionada al cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en dichas normas.
