Imparcialidad del funcionario en la búsqueda de la prueba . El funcionario buscará la verdad real. Para ello deberá investigar con igual rigor los hechos y circunstancias que demuestren la existencia de la falta disciplinaria y la responsabilidad del investigado, y los que tiendan a demostrar su inexistencia o lo eximan de responsabilidad. Para tal efecto, el funcionario podrá decretar pruebas de oficio.
