Tienen derecho a asistir al reconocimiento de las mercancías los gerentes de las compañías de seguros y de reclamar contra la estimación de averías que consideren exageradas. De esto quedará constancia en el acta respectiva y será firmada por el agente que hubiere concurrido al acto y hecho la reclamación.
