Audiencia de alegatos. Una vez terminado el período probatorio, dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes, el juez citará por una sola vez, a las partes para que presenten en audiencia sus alegatos finales. Cuando una de ellas no pueda comparecer, podrá allegar sus alegatos por escrito a más tardar el día de la audiencia.
