Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de esta Ley, la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, girará directamente al Municipio de Barrancabermeja la suma de diez millones de pesos ($ 10'000.000.00) anuales, durante diez (10) años, con cargo a las utilidades que de esta Empresa le corresponden a la Nación.
