Art. 800. Toda condición de que penda la restitución de un fideicomiso, i que tarde más de treinta años en cumplirse, se tendrá por fallida, a menos que la muerte del fiduciario sea el evento de que penda la restitución.

Estos treinta años se contarán desde la delación de la propiedad fiduciaria.
