El secuestro o embargo preventivos que tengan por fin asegurar el pago de un crédito, en conformidad con el artículo 274, surten sus efectos en el juicio ejecutivo o de concurso que se sigan con el mismo fin, sin que haya necesidad de nuevo secuestro o de nuevo embargo. Para este efecto se agregan precisamente al juicio las diligencias preventivas correspondientes.
