El procedimiento establecido en el presente Decreto, se aplicará únicamente a los responsables del Impuesto sobre las Ventas con derecho a solicitar devoluciones y que se encuentren incluidas en las devoluciones que la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales expida de conformidad con los artículos 1º, 2º y 3ºdel Decreto 1204 del 29 de abril de 1982. _Artículo 7 º. El funcionario que incumpla los términos pre vistos en el presente Decreto incurrirá en causal de mala, conducta.
