º . El artículo 10 del Decreto 1471 de 1982, quedará así: La Financiera Eléctrica Nacional, S. A., deberá mantener una liquidez no menor del uno por ciento (1% ) de los recursos que capte en efectivo o en títulos valores de alta liquidez, que le señale la Superintendencia Bancaria.
