QUE SE ENTIENDE POR PRODUCTOR Para los fines del presente Titulo se considera productor, quien agrega uno o varios procesos a las materias primas o mercancías. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 477, se considera productor en relación con las carnes, el dueño de los respectivos bienes, que los sacrifique o los haga sacrificar; en relación con la leche el ganadero productor; respecto de huevos el avicultor.
