º Si vencido el término fijado en el artículo anterior no se efectuare la matrícula, el vehículo, o vehículos se consideran de contrabando y, en consecuencia, se dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 927 y al Reglamento General de Aduanas, por no haber sido destinados a dos fines previstos para su importación.
